«Lake Club» bring us to the Baïkal Lake in Russia following a kind of travel story. The director undertakes to find an original place to the humanity and questions de possibility of a collective link beetween everyone. With images became abstracts, the Baïkal Lake is empowered symbolically and physically. The narrative mixes historical sources, peoples's stories or autobiographical and myths. The objects appearing in the water evoke the cultural appropriation with the logo of the National Geographic and the mould of the go pro that serves itselves to film the images. The feminine charactere of the explorer represent the control of the main historical story and of the reproductive bodies by the capitalist society. Subtitle : English/German
